Bernhard Praher
CEO/CTO & Co-Founder
Bernhard has been working on ultrasonic sensors in plastics technology for over 15 years and is one of the leading researchers in this field.
As co-founder and CTO of Moldsonics, he leads technology development and shapes the company's long-term vision.
His goal? To translate scientific findings into reliable solutions that solve real challenges in plastics processing.
Thomas Mitterlehner
CEO & Co-Founder
From apprenticeship to doctorate, Thomas has built his career around plastics technology.
At Moldsonics, he is responsible for product design and sales - combining in-depth industry knowledge with a clear vision for technological progress.
His wealth of experience enables him to understand the requirements of processors, mold makers and OEMs - and to develop targeted solutions.
His goal? To make ultrasonic sensor technology not only advanced, but also truly useful in solving the challenges of injection molding in practice.
Klaus Straka
Co-Founder
Klaus has extensive experience in mechatronics and plastics technology.
As co-founder of Moldsonics, he brings strategic thinking to the company's development - particularly in the areas of financing and research funding. With his support, we ensure that our innovation is built on a sustainable foundation.
Stefan Pölz
Development Engineer / Data Analyst
With a background in plastics engineering and a focus on ultrasound research, Stefan works at the interface of product development and data analysis. His technical expertise and analytical mindset help us to translate sensor data into practical solutions.
Regina Brzezvosky
Management/ Team Assistance
Regina ensures that everything runs smoothly at Moldsonics. With a commercial background and broad professional experience, she reliably supports the team in all administrative matters - structured, precise and with a clear focus.

Marketing and Sales Assistant
With her background in industrial engineering and B2B marketing, Estephany supports marketing and sales - from product presentations to events and online presence.
With her talent for technology and language, she ensures that Moldsonics communicates visibly and effectively.
André Kreuzriegler
Development engineer
With experience from the automotive and mechatronics industry, André strengthens the development at Moldsonics. His know-how in electronics and system development flows directly into the further development of our sensor technology.
